My Baby Brother

1. Is ten years younger
2. Is six feet tall
3. Still has all of his hair
4. And very little of it gray
5. But requires reading glasses. Alas…I do not. Flimsy ass revenge for all of the above.
6. Is kinder than I’ll ever be.
7. Has seen Steely Dan five times. I've never seen them.
8. Has seen the Rolling Stones. I've never seen them.
9. Beats me to the punch in telling me that he loves me before we hang up the phone.
10. Is the baby…my mother’s baby so their rapport is unique and he “handles her” better than any of us. For this I am beyond grateful.
11. Could give two shits and a damn about clothes.
12. His loyalty to his childhood friends amazes me.
13. Destroyed all of my GI Joe stuff while I was in college.
14. Did give me back some of my Hot Wheels.
15. I’m proud that he's my brother.
